Here's a beginner's guide Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, Driver Development Track. We'll go over the mistakes that I've made so that you can approach your next track day with some clear goals, so you don't waste precious seat time on lines that aren't ideal. DDT is fun, super technical, and the starting point for many drivers in our area. The elevation changes, varying corner types, and the variety of configurations that can be run at the DDT just make it the perfect place to learn. There are so many ways to take the course depending on your car's configuration - heavy high powered cars will have different lines than a lightweight, low power car, especially here. If you're fast here at the DDT, you're likely fast at most other tight courses too.
